Refund policy

Unwanted Products

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us. You may return unwanted products for a full refund of the original paid amount at any time within 14 days, starting the day of receipt of your goods. We do ask that the goods are returned to us unopened and in an "as new" re-saleable condition. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

It is advisable to use a recorded delivery postage service, or at a minimum obtain a proof of posting at the post office in the unlikely event the products are lost in transit. We are sorry but we cannot refund postage costs incurred in returning unwanted items.
