This water-based paste food colours are ideal for colouring sugarpaste (rolled fondant), modelling paste, flower paste (gum paste), marzipan, buttercream, royal icing and more
What’s more, Squires Kitchen Paste Food Colours (also known as gel colours) are all free from glycerine, which can prevent icing from setting, so they are what you need to use when complete drying is essential. They will not alter the consistency of paste or icing. The complete collection of colours are also fully-intermixable, allowing you to achieve the exact shade you want.
Like all Squires Kitchen Food Colours, they are guaranteed edible and conform to EU directives for use in foodstuff, so you can ensure that your creations are both beautiful and safe to eat.
- Add small amounts of paste colour at a time to achieve the desired shade
- Use no more than an average of 1 level teaspoon (5g) of colour per 500g of icing.
