Ordering
When your shopping is complete you will then go to checkout to pay, you will be asked to enter your credit card details. Please ensure that your credit card correspond to the billing address, (you can however have a separate delivery address)

Delivery
Subject to availability we aim to despatch goods within 3-5 working days of receipt of order, subject only to credit card authorisation and availability.

Delivery charges are based on the weight of the products and the packaging materials required for safe delivery. Full information on these charges is displayed when you check out.

Damaged Goods Notification
Should you receive goods that arrive damaged you must advise us within 7 days of receipt by e-mail to: sales@fmmsugarcraft.com or Call +44 (0) 1442 292970 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm GMT at local rates. The goods should be returned by a courier that issues a tracking number.

Cancellation Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase if boxed, unused and in perfect condition, whereby a refund will be given immediately upon receipt of the goods at our premises. Please ensure that the goods are packaged securely and sent with a courier on a sign for service. Please note that in the event of cancellation the customer is responsible for any postage charges incurred.

Cancellation Rights
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. Faulty Goods
If goods are deemed faulty please return them within 7 days and a full refund will be given.

Warranties
Where an item contains a manufacturers warranty. All queries and claims should be made with the respective manufacturer. In all other cases the goods should be returned to us with the following information:

1. Your invoice number

2. The card information used to purchase the item, including name, address, issue number and expiry date.

3. What is wrong with the item.

If it is assessed that the goods have been used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions they will be replaced or a full refund will be given.
